Georgia Ports Authority has partnered with Lūm and BeneChoice Enrollment Solutions & Technology, Inc., to provide employees with a self-service online enrollment platform. You can access the enrollment site at https://www.benematrix.com/enroll.

If you prefer not to enroll online or are enrolling for the first time outside of Open Enrollment, you may complete your benefits enrollment using a paper form. You will need to print, complete, and return the form to the Benefits office. Click here to download the form.
Benefits Educational Tool
You can also use ALEX®. ALEX is an online educational tool that helps you select the best benefit plans for you and your family. When you interact with ALEX, you’ll be asked a few questions about your health care needs, and then ALEX will crunch some numbers and point out what makes the most sense for you. And anything you tell ALEX remains between the two of you, so don’t be afraid to really let loose about that weird tooth thing. To learn more about ALEX, click here.
Change of Status
If you’ve experienced a qualifying life event (e.g., marriage, birth, loss of coverage), you will need to submit a Change of Status form within 31 days of the life event. You will need to print, complete, and return the form to the Benefits office. Click here to download the form.
